Following a successful teaching career spanning 30 years and 6 secondary schools in the North East, I now provide bespoke improvement support to schools. My career includes 10 years of Headship in 2 different schools and I led my last school from RI to Good.

In 2017 I made the decision to move away from Headship and into Associate work. I currently work with several schools in the North East as well as combining this with teaching A level Economics part-time.

In 2018 I gained accreditation to the Association of Education Advisers (AoEA). In doing so, this body has independently assured the quality standards of my work as an education advisor.

There are four groups of services available although these may be combined to meet your individual needs.

• Improvement Partner -​ expert challenge and support for the headteacher/principal.

• Leadership Development - whether senior, middle or governor development. Training, mentoring or coaching as required.

• External Verification - departmental reviews, self evaluation, SMSC/British Values, Key Stage 3 assessment or website checks​.
